Temenyjka Mateva Production of traditional food

I am developing my business in the village of Plevun, municipality. Ivaylovgrad. Ivaylovgrad is a town in southeastern Bulgaria. His old name is Ortakoy. The climate of the region is transitional-Mediterranean. The territory of the municipality is 820 km2 and falls entirely in the Eastern Rhodope physical-geographical area, the altitude of which ranges from 70 to 700 m. The relief of the region has a well-defined low-valley and valley character.
My farm consists of an orchard of 8 hectares, I grow cherries, plums, almonds, peaches and a vegetable garden of 0.500 hectares. The fruits and vegetables I produce are grown by traditional methods passed down from generation to generation by my ancestors. The areas on my farm are certified for organic farming. The varieties we plant on my farm are old traditional local varieties, typical of the area in which we grow them.
