Teflon Motor Solutions Limited is a rapidly growing automotive workshop located in Buwate, Wakiso District. This project commenced in July 2024, and we have successfully completed approximately 75% of the construction phase. The remaining milestones include the procurement of essential equipment and the recruitment of qualified personnel to operationalize the facility. Project Objectives • Build a well-equipped, environmentally conscious auto workshop. • Create jobs and technical training for over 100+ local youth within 3 years. • Promote women’s participation in automotive trades. • Introduce green energy solutions (solar panels, eco waste systems). Why It Matters Uganda’s vehicle population is growing, yet many drivers lack access to reliable and affordable service centers. This project will: • Improve road safety through better vehicle maintenance. • Reduce youth unemployment. • Empower women with non-traditional skills. • Promote sustainable business practices.
