ValueProp’s property valuation platform will be developed to help mortgage lenders, insurers, estate agents, valuators and various property professionals to equip them to make well informed property decisions. ValueProp aims to provide our clients with risk managed property solutions. Through our aim to provide affordability and convenience we have designed a customizable subscription model where clients choose what they want to pay for, for our serial property investors we have toolkits and we have once off report purchase options for those who don’t want to subscribe. We have started developing our system.
