All our care workers, offer treatments, referrals, advice and information to help the person manage their condition and live with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Also our team identify the standards to guide direct care workers in their effort to provide excellent Alzheimer’s and dementia care. All our direct care workers are to have knowledge, skills, and empathy to work with individual Alzheimer’s and dementia, and their families to provide high quality care. Most important qualities are that direct care workers should have, Empathy, observation, commination, time management, adaptability, positive attitude and appropriate body language.
