Talk2Me is a digital platform that provides access to licensed therapists and mental wellness content for Africans. We connect individuals to our network of licensed therapists through our easy-to-use mobile platform. With Talk2Me, users also have access to mental wellness content to help them sleep better, manage stress better, and live happier healthier lives.

The continent is at a point where mental health has been acknowledged and innovative solutions to address this problem have to be found. One in every 5 Africans is living with a mental health issue and 75% of this population does not seek help due to the inaccessibility of mental health professionals( according to the Copenhagen Consensus).
