Leads innovation, UX strategy, AI integration, and patent development of TREX’s secure wallet architecture. Mallarapu Rohan Balaji Goud (Co-Founder & COO) — Operations and partnerships lead. Manages execution, market research, user validation, and coordination with merchants and early stakeholders. While the core founding team is lean, T-REX Pay is supported by a small network of part-time contributors (design, R&D, and research assistance). With pre-seed support, the team is ready to expand into Tech, Security, Compliance, and Growth roles, building a high-performance fintech squad.
