Native from Benin, Bola is an Executive MBA graduate from HEC Paris, CFA Charteholder. She founded Susu in 2019 after the sudden death of her father in 2017 due to poor management of his hypertension. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2013 with the creation of a consulting company specialized in digital transformation. Bola started her career in 2005 as a Program Manager at the Richemont Group, then joined the private bank JP Morgan, where she was responsible for implementing AML KYC standards.

A graduate engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique, Laurent began his career at Orange as a developer in 2004. Then he successively held the positions of architect and product manager, leading a team of 25 people. After an MBA at at ESCP Europe, Laurent joined the insurtech Moonshoot as a CTO in 2017. He joined Susu as CTO in 2021
