We focus on improving waste management in Saclepea City. Currently, we collect and dispose of waste to reduce pollution and improve sanitation. Our future plan is to transform waste into valuable resources like compost and recycled materials. By segregating waste, we will create nutrient-rich compost for local farmers, boosting soil health and crop yields. We will also recycle non-biodegradable waste, reducing pollution and supporting a circular economy.
SSCL has great potential because it addresses urgent challenges: poor waste management, food insecurity, and climate change. Our solutions will improve public health by reducing waste-related diseases, help farmers with sustainable farming practices, and promote climate resilience through waste-to-energy initiatives. With the growing need for better waste management and climate solutions, SSCL is positioned to make a lasting impact and expand across Liberia, turning waste into a resource for community development.
