Team Our team is comprised of three; a social media manager and marketer, a real estate sales expert, and strategists. Charlene Kaloki is the creator and brain behind the company’s property management software, Dr. Josphat Kubai is a professor well versed in the ins and out of real estate and property management, and Mr. Kangethe is a man well versed in marketing and sales of real estate and property management. Charlene is innovative, ambitious, and evolutionary making her the director that will use tech to automate property management. Dr. Kubai is the networker and the heart of the company, ready to invest his time, effort, and resources into the organization. Mr. Kangethe is the experienced real estate man who will lead Superwin into expanding our horizons using various marketing strategies.
