Sunroot Trade Connecting African producers to Nordic buyers.

Sunroot Trade is a purpose-driven import/export business in its early development stage.
We are currently studying the market, building industry relationships, and connecting with both suppliers and buyers across Southern Africa and Europe.

Our mission is to connect African producers, especially small-scale growers with buyers in the Nordic region, starting with Finland.

In the short term, we aim to learn the trade by importing a small batch of mangoes from the Netherlands, allowing us to test the Finnish market, navigate customs, and introduce the Sunroot brand to open-air markets and ethnic shops.

Our long-term vision (5–10 years) is to open a fresh fruit and vegetable supermarket in Finland, fully stocked with ethically sourced African produce — creating a consistent market channel for producers in Southern Africa who often lack access to Europe.

We are not just moving products, we are building trade rooted in dignity, traceability, and shared value.
