We process milk from buffala to obtain artisanal and organic mozarella cheese, maintaining quality controls, traceability, food, natural water and good treatment to buffalo hato, which guarantee cheeses and meat of superior quality, organic, “grass fed”, coming from young buffalo without the use of chemicals or preservatives added, thus being a source of low fat protein.
