Dagmar Kirk is the 100% owner and sole director of the company. Andrew Kirk is a Tribologist and Mechanical Technician, who founded the company with Nic Perrin, a Tribologist in 2004. Andrew Kirk handed over his shares to Dagmar Kirk in 2006 and Andre Wessels, a Lubricant Engineer joined the team. In 2012, after the success of implementation of the ISLS at Goldfileds, Dagmar Kirk realised that the product would not be scalable in its manual format and needed to be developed into an integrated software system. Both Nic Perrin and Andre Wessels unfortunately passed on in 2019. Sarah Kirk, a microbiology and chemistry graduate, joined our team in 2020 as the business development manager and content creator.
