Soluna Energía provides reliable, affordable, and clean Tier 4 electricity access to low-income families located in off-grid areas. Our model involves providing energy solutions through a service model by installing solar home systems (SHS). We ensure sustainability with a local presence for operations and maintenance. Finally, we include pay-as-you-go via our own Payment Agent Network, bringing flexibility and financial inclusion to our users.
Over the past two years, Soluna has invested more than $700.000 USD in implementing solar home systems and assure a perfect service level in the Orinoquia region of Colombia. Through intensive work and evaluation, we have managed to reach financially affordable operations, so we are ready to expand our business to other rural regions.
