Sollys Energy Solar on flexible payment for Households and Businesses in Africa

We are ending energy poverty in Malawi by making quality solar appliances affordable and accessible to households in semi-urban and rural areas. We distribute solar lamps and solar home systems through a network of community-based sales agents, supported by Pay-As-You-Go technology. Customers make small deposit, followed by a series of monthly payments until they can fully own the solar lighting product.

We are also developing SolarPay, an energy management and payments platform, that will enable solar users to track their energy usage, make payments and monitor their solar systems remotely.

We are seeking partnerships and early-stage investors to complete and launch SolarPay by the end of 2022, and expand our product offering in Malawi. We have matching funding available, and a track record of sales and last-mile distribution.
