Team SolarPipo is led by co-founders Mwamed Sizoomu (CEO), a solar PV master trainer with over 8 years’ experience in solar sales and marketing; Zainah Waiswa (CFO), with 6 years of accounting and financial management experience; and Hashim (Director of Operations), who brings expertise in startup development and project management. They are supported by Leslie Murungi (Technology Lead), Lumala Hezekia (Lead PV Engineer), and Dorah (Assistant PV Engineer), ensuring strong technical delivery and timely implementation. Following the exit of Rockstart and Beehaeve as shareholders, full ownership has reverted to the co-founders, who are committed to scaling SolarPipo’s impact-driven energy solutions.
