Sodja Gate Adding value to local soya, feeding the future.

SODJA GATE is an innovative agri-food initiative based in Lomé, Togo, specializing in the production, processing and marketing of soy-derived products. The project aims to add value to local soya, strengthen food security and contribute to the economic development of local communities through a sustainable and inclusive approach. In Togo, a large proportion of soya is sold in its raw state without local processing, which limits producers’ income and reduces the added value created locally. SODJA GATE responds to this challenge by transforming soybeans into nutritious, accessible products such as soy milk, soy cheese (tofu), soy flour and packaged beans. The project stands out for its integrated approach, combining collaboration with local producers, agri-food processing and marketing.
