Home-for-All (Afford-H) is a prospective platform that would focus on emerging
market affordable housing opportunities (especially in Africa). An online platform which
mimics a common marketplace for the facilitation of trade execution, market
research, financing, sale, pitching for bankable housing development ideas, and the
promotion of both buy and sell sides transactions.
It is meant to accelerate housing development activity. The app will help to improve
efficiency and effectiveness, while also improving governance of home development
through accreditation of skilled professionals and certified suppliers. Afford-H shall
provide a marketplace of resources that addresses the needs for home projects of
any size and provide exposure for the value chain participants. Developers, EPC
Contractors, Homebuyers, lenders, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and policy
crafters. The marketplace- as a solution (MaaS) that would be accessed via mobile
application.
