I process organic and conventional Biofortified foods in Zimbabwe such as high iron beans and Orange fleshed sweet potatoes into flour, gravies, instant beans, sweet potatoes crisps and fries. Our products are mostly organic and high in iron, zinc and vitamin A. We are the first ever business to venture into Biofortified food in southern Africa.
