Easy-agri is a Web-Mobile and SMS-USSD platform that helps growers decide when and how to plant crops, and how to select the best crops for a given location using climate and weather data, and links them to available markets. It connects growers to buyers and helps them obtain the necessary information (such as weather conditions, crop prices, ordering inputs, monitoring fields via IoT sensors) from different sources, and provides them with skills (e.g. how to plant crops, how to use fertilizers) in general a datasheet adapted to the realities of the DRC’s agricultural zones. Farmers can easily connect with customers by sending an SMS with their phone number, commodity information, price, quantity and location.
