Ugwem Eneyo, co-founder and CEO. She started the company while pursuing her MS/PhD in Civil Engineering at Stanford University. Prior to Stanford, Ugwem worked as an Environmental and Regulatory Risk Advisor in the oil and gas industry, supporting projects across Africa, South Asia and the Americas. She’s been recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30 in Energy.
Cole Stites-Clayton, CTO. He holds a MS in Environmental Engineering from Stanford and has worked with organizations like Engineers Without Borders on infrastructure projects in emerging markets and island nations.
Tolulope Owokade is the Vice President of Operations. She holds an MBA from the African Leadership University School of Business and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Covenant University. She has more than years of professional experience in sales engineering and program management in the telecoms and IT sectors, including spending several years, prior to SHYFT, at MainOne.
