TeamMoses Kisembo, 49, is the CEO Shiloh Farms. He is a Ugandan agriculture entrepreneur, process facilitator, projects manager, trainer and motivation speaker with vast experience and networks in the agriculture sector in Uganda. He has expertise in facilitating multi-stakeholder round-table participatory processes, developing and implementing sustainable agriculture through agro-ecology and regenerative practices, and good knowledge of management systems for quality, operational health, safety and environment, and food safety. He has over 20 years’ experience and has facilitated over 100 workshops promoting and inspiring participants to undertake sustainable agriculture. A US Department of State Entrepreneurship Fellow, he shadowed Mr. Matt Muller of Martha Valley Farms, OK USA, who won the best farmer in USA award. He continues international collaborations to promote innovative/sustainable agriculture practices, as well as bio-diversity and environmental sustainability.
