SANDIA MARCHÉ is not just a factory. It is an integrated industrial and digital platform, designed according to the best international standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, EU requirements, FDA, GACC), combining multi-species processing, latest-generation industrial refrigeration, a certifiable quality laboratory and an innovative digital traceability system based on RFID and blockchain.
