RV VegeFruits Lanka Exporting fresh Sri Lankan fruits since 2019 | Expanding into zero-was

I run RV VegeFruits Lanka, a Sri Lankan export business established in 2019, working with farmers to supply crops such as rambutan, taro, and cassava to export markets through indirect supply channels.
My next goal is to build a Bibile orange–based value-added export company, directly sourcing from farmers and reducing dependency on brokers. The aim is to process Bibile oranges into export products using a zero-waste, technology-driven approach and enter international markets directly.
This model will ensure higher income for farmers, reduce post-harvest losses, and create a sustainable, high-value export system centered on Bibile oranges.
