He is in charge of overseeing daily operations of the company, logistics, scheduling and contract fulfillment. Stephen Hirsch- US-based Consultant. An electrical engineer with over 30 year’s experience in Africa, Asia and the US designing, managing and evaluating solar, wind, geothermal, and energy efficiency projects. His clients have included the US Trade and Development Agency (Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia), private sector, USAID, US Dept. of Energy, World Bank, Global Environment Facility.
