Team Sabiha Rashid, a Political Science graduate from the University of Birmingham, founded Rosho from home and remains the creative force behind the brand, while championing women and youth empowerment. Co-founder Mohamedhussein Rashid studied Business Administration at the University of Worcester and helped transform Rosho into a scalable business, drawing from his startup experience building one of Tanzania’s first ecofriendly bag factories. Prisca Charles, a Microbiology graduate from the UDSM and former METL quality specialist, leads food safety and compliance. Sakalayn Versi heads finance and systems integration, bringing experience from Zoho Tanzania. Shabbir Gulam, a former chef turned food scientist, leads production and R&D.
