Equipo The Mall is led by four visionary founders. Ruth Solomon, CEO and Accountant from Admas University, provides financial leadership and strategic direction. Joseph Njogu, CTIO and Cloud Engineer from Moi University, builds and scales the secure, cloud-native platform. Natnael Solomon, Managing Director in Ethiopia and Psychology graduate from Wolkite University, leads community engagement and local operations. Ariana Nyamu, a minor and shareholder, is a permanent board member representing future vision and continuity. Together, they drive a multi-app ecosystem—The Mall (customer), The Mall Store (vendor), and The Mall Delivery (logistics)—offering grocery, pharmacy, shop, food, parcel, and car hire services. Their combined expertise in finance, technology, psychology, and governance forms a strong foundation for inclusive growth.
