Team RESCA is supported by a 15-member multidisciplinary team composed of environmental specialists, social scientists, gender and inclusion experts, resettlement and livelihood restoration practitioners, climate and biodiversity experts, and monitoring and evaluation professionals. The core team is complemented by a strong network of independent subject-matter experts and partner consultants across the African continent, allowing RESCA to rapidly scale technical capacity for complex assignments in water, energy, infrastructure, climate resilience, and social safeguards. This flexible model ensures that every project benefits from both in-house expertise and region-specific knowledge, enabling high-quality, context-appropriate, and internationally compliant environmental and social solutions.
