My company is a startup construction company that aims to provide skills development to women and equip them with knowledge. My business strives to repair structures in previously disadvantaged areas and contribute to future structural changes by building, repairing and maintaining infrastructure. We are not only a contractor company but we also supply and render various services and products to private, public and SOEs in the country. We want to change the narrative of construction being a male-dominated industry because women are just as capable to build and do the work that men do. Rayonette Constructions has potential to be the first women-dominant contractor that will build monumental structures and solve infrastructure problems nationwide and beyond.
