He leads strategy, partnerships, and investment. Dr. Adan Al-amin, COO, holds a Master’s in Management and brings 15 years’ experience in healthcare and leadership. A medical doctor from a pastoralist community, he bridges operations with resilience and well-being. Elly Choso, Programs & Community Engagement Lead, is pursuing an MBA and has 6 years’ grassroots experience in northern Kenya. He mobilizes communities, supports youth and Morans in sustainable livelihoods, and ensures strong local ownership of restoration efforts.
