We are a fermenting farm (BrewFarm) that sows its own Ginger and Curcuma to process them and produce fermented, non-alcoholic, sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, organic and low-sodium probiotic craft drinks. We are vertically integrated from the field to small-scale manufacturing. We have registered our brand name: COXALA; and with it we want to conquer new markets to replace the consumption of the highly sugary drinks, provide functional probiotics in a playful way and offer a non-alcoholic and healthy alternative to the people who consume beers or distillates that deserve human health. COXALA is a botanically probiotic lacto-ferment with the flavors of Ginger and Curcuma. The potential to probiotize young people and adults by consuming these types of beverages in the environment will contribute to improving the health of the Human Microbiome. Our entrepreneurship unites the drinkers with the agricultural field.
