The potential is simple: Sri Lanka loses up to 40% of its tropical harvest before it reaches a consumer. We intercept that loss at the source, turning waste into revenue. With a vertically integrated model, on-site processing, and a phased route to market, domestic first, then Middle East, EU, and UK, we’re building a circular agri-food brand rooted in one of the world’s most biodiverse agricultural heritages.
