RGF is a young organization which has continued to lobby for technical support to grow its capacity and that of its staff to manage donor projects we are always willing to learn and adopt.
Basemera Sarah is the founder for RGF, she has over 10 years’ experience in livelihoods leaning towards sustainability. She has interfaced and been coached by multiple partners and continues to learn from and seek for knowledge.
Komuhendo Pamela holds a position of head of operations and has led monitoring and evaluation activities for RGF, for all the projects that RGF has conducted she is currently supported by Joel Muwanguzi. The two are continuing to learn and improve their skills through the capacity building offered by the different donors.
Joan Nakiyini holds a BBA (accounting) degree. She supports RGF’s Business/enterprise development services in the communities, her major role is to build sustainable community income generating activities, leveraging her finance background.
