Qahwa O Nqawa The Cultural Washhouse & Laundricafe

Qahwa o Nqawa is Marrakech’s first hybrid “Café-Laverie”, located in the heart of the Semlalia academic district (targeting the 100,000+ students of Cadi Ayyad University). Our model combines a commercial laundry on the first floor and a quiet co-working space with specialty coffee upstairs. Our competitive advantage is disruptive: we offer free ironing and delivery. The project’s potential lies in cross-revenues (laundry + F&B), a captive student clientele, and a strong social impact (creation of 6 student jobs). Led by a professional from the international luxury hotel industry, the project is structured for an immediate physical launch.
