Prorôle Audiencier SaaS for legal case management for African lawyers

PRORÔLE Audiencier is the first SaaS software for managing legal proceedings designed specifically for law firms in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa.

Problem: In French-speaking Africa, no law firm management tool exists, exposing lawyers to serious risks: missed hearings, forfeitures, foreclosures, and statutes of limitations. Approximately 20,000 lawyers across 17 countries in the OHADA region face this gap.

Solution: PRORÔLE digitizes the firm’s three essential pillars: case management, tracking of court hearings and procedural deadlines, and archiving of court decisions. Designed for gradual adoption without disrupting existing practices, it is positioned as an AI-ready data infrastructure.

Business model: SaaS—one-time setup fee (125,000 FCFA) + annual maintenance fee (150,000 FCFA). Goal: 1,000 lawyers in 3 years.
