PROMACNUTS Ltd team is leaded by a Board of Directors, management team and workers. The Managing Director is a holder of a degree in pharmacy and one in law and experienced in terms of management related to public-private administration (Human Resources Management, Finance, logistics, etc). The Executive Secretary has an advanced degree in environmental management and has enough experience in the company & organisation to undertake all activities planning to implement all projects phases.
Nevertheless, we need to advance (courses) in project management.
In long term, we need also to hire more employees such as a business advisor, an officer in charge of social media and a marketing officer.
In 2023 we employ 12 FT workers and 36 PT workers (38 EFT). PROMACNUTS Ltd has a growth strategy for the personnel by clearing pathways for advancement, developing professional opportunities, regular feedback and evaluation, empowerment.
