ProChange Africa was founded out of a frustration that only large companies on the continent can afford quality financial services (for example – The Big 4 Companies). At ProChange, we believe, like healthcare, quality financial services should be affordable to all companies, no matter how big or small. We achieve this through an «Uber for financial services» model, where companies can rent Consultants at all levels – junior accountants, mid-level accountants, finance managers, financial controllers, tax experts, business risk and controls experts, and CFOs. Companies pay for what they use and consultants get to add value in diverse environments.

Our key value-add is that we try to match companies to the right kind of Fractional CFO (or other support) they need given the CFO’s track record in terms of revenue management, building controls, and relevant industry experience.
