Team
The team is made up of the founder and CEO Alfonso Politi, Uniandino Industrial Engineer, with a postgraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Westminster in England, who has been working in the company for 14 years in total. The CEO is joined by three commercial project directors, located in Bogota, Medellin, and Lima, who are experienced architects with at least 10 years of commercial experience in each of their markets. This commercial team is supported by a fourth architect who has the task of carrying out product and material-counting cuts for each of the project opportunities that project directors bring to the company. The team is consolidated with a central role dedicated to carrying out the budgets for the commercial to make their contributions. This person is an architect and industrial engineer graduated from the Universidad de Los Andes with five years of experience in the construction sector. There is also an administrative role.
