The construction industry generates 40% of CO2 emissions; air conditioning systems represent 60% of the energy consumption in corporate and public buildings; conventional overhead air supply systems generate poor air quality that not only affects users’ productivity and health but also, makes an inefficient energy use; POLITI bring new technology to the undeveloped world in the construction industry. We positively impact the environment and the productivity in the region through the specification, supply, and installation of raised access floors and under floor air distribution systems. By doing so, we contribute to reduce by up to 34% of energy consumption in large corporate and public buildings.
As we do projects, we find that we can scale up our sales operations to new target cities in Latam while keeping the same centralized back office. In this way, we keep local fixed costs at a minimum and the cost of project acquisition is only a fraction of its potential revenue.
