Founder: There has been only one person responsible for founding Phalanx Books.
Associate Partner: This partner joined the organization in 2020 when he saw prospects and growth.
Executive Publisher: The first customer was invited to be stakeholders, but due to misunderstanding which made others to leave, this one stayed and has enjoyed the position of Executive Publisher. His job is to ensure that every publishing job goes smoothly.
Publisher: Doubles as founder and manages the primary processes of book publishing.
Editors: The publisher/founder also plays editing roles. Other ad-hoc editors are employed where necessary or the need arises.
Copy-Editor: The Associate Partner also doubles as a copy-editor and supervises the first finished copies of books to ensure corrections before final publication is released.
Proofreaders: These are responsible for reading manuscripts or doing transcriptions, but are engaged on ad-hoc bases so far.
