Team I am Alain Fleismann, co-founder of PERLUXE together with my husband, Ivan Dolganov. We officially share the business equally, combining my experience in brand development with Ivan’s background in pharmaceutical marketing and operations.Currently, our team includes a sales manager who focuses on the hospitality sector, building partnerships with hotels and salons. We also work with a freelance designer who helps us with branding and product design. Right now, we are planning to hire a full-time professional marketer to boost our marketing efforts and support our growth. Together, we’re confident that our team has the skills and passion to take PERLUXE to the next level.
