Penologic is a Strategy and Human Capital Management Consultancy, which helps clients to navigate complex change brought on by the digital era and align their business and people strategies.

In line with our mission, of enabling our clients to achieve their strategic objectives, while keeping purpose, mission, people and stakeholders are the core, we made a decision to transform to a social enterprise during the hard lockdown period in 2021. Currently we are building a new venture, BionicsForAfrika Healthcare (B4AHC), which provides comprehensive healthcare, psycho-social care and Assistive Devices to South African Children with special needs (e.g. mobility, cognitive, visual, mental health related developmental & trauma induced conditions).

By leveraging our five year track record of servicing corporates with excellence; we believe we are ready to serve new markets and contribute towards improvement of quality of life, for South African children with special needs.
