I am the founder and CEO of Peace Farm, which is an organic farm that focuses on reducing food insecurity and malnutrition through diversification of food. We also grow saffron to help reduce the rate of unemployment and bring development in rural areas. We are also working towards 100% seed diversification to complement our initial mission of food diversification, through collection, storing, exchanging and replanting of indigenous seeds to produce more seeds, moreover, we mport organic seeds of various vegetables both grown in Lesotho and those which have never been grown but can thrive under our climate. We also capacitate farmers to be environmental caregivers to promote healthier environment. Our business is a business that brings hope, no Agribusiness advocates for the environment and we are doing it, there are no business that diversify food like our and there’s great demand for such.
