PAXInC Together we make simple, the complex of Life: Your mental well-being.

We have trained more than 5,600 PAE + Emotional First Aid Brigadists across the American continent. We already have 18 certified facilitators and 10 more in training. We have created a virtual community of 1,700 Phoenix Women. And we graduate 126 Phoenix Women in a Women’s Leadership Diplomacy with Vital Intelligence. Our purpose, impact and business is Mental Health in its first level of care, through Psychoeducation. PAXInC (Community with Inner Peace) is a Vital Intelligence institute, which drives the flourishing of people and outcomes of organizations, through: 1. The cultivation of mental health. 2. The prevention of violence and suicide and; 3. The impulse of happiness and well-being.

We aim to form a Digital Global Community, sharing tools for mental wellbeing. Our dream is that there is a BRIGADE PAE + in each space and a Phoenix Woman in each family.
