Park Oasis Enfance Educational Center + Playground in Bujumbura

Park Oasis Enfance is the first center in Bujumbura, Burundi, to combine educational daycare, tech training, and a recreational playground.

Problem: Parents lack access to reliable, educational childcare. Young people aged 12 and older do not have access to introductory courses in WordPress and artificial intelligence. On weekends, there is no safe and clean space for families.

Solution: 3 spaces on a single site
1. Daycare: early learning + academic support for children ages 2 to 10
2. Computer lab: WordPress and AI training for ages 12 and up
3. Weekend playground: slides, trampolines + a bar and relaxation area for parents

Revenue Model: Dual Source
1. Monthly subscription for daycare and training
2. Weekend admission tickets for parents and children

Market: Bujumbura has more than 200,000 families. The middle class is growing, and there are no direct competitors offering this combined model.
