We are legally registered as Panacea Construction Management, specialized in Multi-displinery working, design & Build and Turnkey projects. Our idea is to meet the Sports infrastructure needs in Copperbelt province, Ndola specifically by developing a combined Hotel and sports stadium facility that meet the diverse need of sports teams. So far, efforts to this include us having assembled architects, engineers and quantity surveyors under our organization for the conceptual and preliminary design stages of the project. We have bought land near the airport size 460 m x 220m for this design. The facility will have 80 bedspaces, resturant, bar, A sports stadium-5,000 capacity, outdoor tennis/volleyball/Basketball courts, pool billiards, Gym,conference halls and lecture rooms.The innovation is a complete whole facility to support travelers lodging from the nearby airport(1.5km) and super league teams regularly. It will be the first in Ndola with everything under One location.
