Fuel retail is a unique industry, so the gaps are specific.The most important hire is a petrol station dealer manager. Dealers are the gatekeepers to every forecourt we operate on, the relationships are personal and industry specific, and getting them right is what unlocks each new site. This is a key person, and we will hire someone who already knows the fuel dealer world.Second, a head of petrol station operations to run the day to day across all sites, standardise how each station performs, and own the rollout as we add locations every month.Third, a manager for the marshalls.
