TeamOptimerce’s core team consists of John Waweru, who is the founder and also the business development lead. He works with Steve Mugo, who leads in finance and operations management, and Samuel Kiseve, who leads the development team. The company has two full-time employees, a full-stack developer and a customer relations executive.
