OnlyPlants Foods Kenya’s first high-protein milk made from climate-smart Bambara nuts

Our leadership team brings together gender diversity and a blend of local and
international expertise. CEO Marie-Louise Wiegert works alongside Dr. Victor
Wasike, a Kenyan agricultural scientist, and Philemon Kosgei Kimosop from Wyss
Academy, combining business, scientific, and community-driven perspectives.

At OnlyPlants, we maintain a gender-balanced team, led by a female CEO, with
60% of our team members being women. The implementation team for this
project is predominantly Kenyan and gender-balanced, with local recruitment to
create jobs and ensure solutions are designed with and for the communities we
serve. We also prioritize women farmers and women-led groups in our outgrower
program.
