In many developing countries, food security remains a daunting challenge exacerbated by climate change, resource constraints, and outdated agricultural practices. A promising solution lies in leveraging locally abundant resources such as cassava, millet, and maize to enhance nutrition and food security among vulnerable populations. Despite the prevalence of cassava, millet, and maize across these regions, there is a critical gap in their sustainable and nutritious utilization. This oversight contributes to widespread malnutrition, particularly among children and pregnant women, perpetuating cycles of poverty and food insecurity. Our initiative seeks to champion the sustainable production and consumption of blended cassava/millet and cassava/maize products. By blending these staple crops, we aim to enrich the nutritional content of diets, offering cost-effective solutions that diversify food options and promote better health outcomes Sectors Agribusiness Location Zambia Stage Sign in to view details Markets Sign in to view details Customer model Sign in to view details Revenue Sign in to view details Contact Sign in to view details Social media
