Omnisys Infra is an institutional urban renewal and private infrastructure platform engineered to bridge the critical gap between municipal decay and distressed commercial real estate nodes in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Rapid urbanization paired with municipal budget constraints has left high-value commercial and residential districts across secondary African cities suffering from severe infrastructure deficits (erratic power, failing roads, and poor public security). This directly depresses asset values, limits dollar-denominated rental yields, and prevents institutional landlords from attracting premium tenants.

Operating via a private Urban Improvement Precinct (UIP) model, we deploy an agile, single-borrower Master SPV to fund and manage precinct-level public-realm upgrades—including solar utility street grids, private localized security networks, and road resurfacing. Rather than pursuing heavy brick-and-mortar real estate development, we establish a light, scalable B2B infrastruc
